Aeon Terminal

Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Aeon Terminal you agree to what’s on this page. If you don’t, please don’t use the app.

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version

  • Be 18 or over. Be decent to people. Don’t scam anyone.
  • What you post is yours, and you’re responsible for it.
  • Nothing here is financial advice — not from us, not from anyone in chat.
  • Moderators act on reports and can remove content or ban accounts.
  • This is a volunteer community project, provided as-is, with no uptime promise.

1. What Aeon Terminal is

Aeon Terminal is a community portal for people interested in SPX6900: chat rooms, direct messages, voice rooms, a shared pixel board, a social feed, missions, an academy and some games. It is a community project. It is not a broker, an exchange, a wallet, a custodian or a financial service of any kind, and it never takes custody of anyone’s funds.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must not be barred from using the app under the law that applies to you. You may not use Aeon Terminal if a previous account of yours was banned.

3. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
  • One person, one account. Alt accounts made to evade a ban, inflate a poll or fake a presence count will be removed.
  • Don’t impersonate another member, a moderator, or a real person or project.
  • Tell us at privacy@6900isbiggerthan500.com if you think someone else is in your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t post, send, upload or broadcast:

  • Harassment, threats, stalking, or hate directed at people because of who they are.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content posted where people did not consent to see it. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities, always.
  • Anyone’s private information — real name, address, workplace, phone number, wallet identity — without their consent.
  • Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, “send 1 get 2 back”, drainer links, malware, or requests for someone’s seed phrase, private key or wallet connection.
  • Spam, mass unsolicited DMs, engagement farming, or paid shilling presented as an ordinary member’s opinion.
  • Content you don’t have the right to post, or anything illegal where you are.

And don’t:

  • Scrape, bulk-download or automate the app beyond ordinary use, or work around rate limits and access controls.
  • Probe, attack or disrupt the service or the people using it. If you find a security flaw, please report it to privacy@6900isbiggerthan500.com instead of exploiting it — we’d rather hear from you.
  • Use a voice room to broadcast recorded audio, noise or a stream at people who didn’t ask for it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. To run the app we need permission to store it and show it: you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit your content inside Aeon Terminal, for as long as you leave it there. That licence exists only so the product can function — we don’t sell your posts, license them onward, or use them in advertising.

Anything in a public room is visible to every member. Direct messages are private between the participants but are not end-to-end encrypted; see the privacy policy for what that means in practice. Uploaded files live at public URLs, so treat anything you upload as shareable by anyone who receives the link.

6. Moderation and bans

Content is not reviewed before it is posted. Aeon Terminal is moderated reactively: moderators act on reports and on what they come across. That means you will sometimes see something before we do — please report it.

Where a rule has been broken we may remove content, revoke an account’s ability to post, or ban it outright, with or without notice, depending on severity. Banned accounts lose access to the app immediately. If you think a decision was wrong, email privacy@6900isbiggerthan500.com and a human will look at it again.

Reports made in bad faith — to silence someone, or in bulk — are themselves a breach of these terms.

7. Nothing here is financial advice

Aeon Terminal is a place to talk. It is not a source of investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in it should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

That applies to all of it: price tickers, holder counts, charts, the flip tracker, missions and bounties, academy lessons, and above all to what other members say in chat, in voice or in the feed. Other members are strangers on the internet. Some of them hold the asset they are talking about. Some of them are wrong. Some of them are lying.

Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose everything you put into it. Do your own research, and if you need advice, get it from someone licensed to give it.

8. Tips and wallet addresses

Members can display a tipping address on their profile. That string is typed in by that member and shown exactly as typed — we do not verify it, we are not part of the transaction, and no tip passes through us. On-chain transfers are irreversible: if you send to the wrong address, or to an address an impostor put on a copied profile, nobody can undo it. Verify independently before you send anything, and never connect a wallet or type a seed phrase because someone in chat asked you to.

9. Third-party content

The feed and lounge embed posts, videos and audio from X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Vimeo, Twitch and SoundCloud, and the app links to community sites we don’t run. We don’t control any of it and don’t endorse it. Those platforms have their own terms and see your IP address when their embeds load — see the privacy policy.

10. Availability, and no warranty

Aeon Terminal is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind. We don’t promise it will be available, that it will work on your device, that messages will always arrive, or that nothing will be lost. We may change, break or discontinue features at any time. Chat messages and DMs are permanently deleted after six months, and there is no backup you can ask us to restore from — if something matters to you, keep your own copy.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or lost profits, for anything another member does or posts, or for any trading or transfer decision you make. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions, and nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived.

12. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Read what deletion does and does not remove before you do — your posts stay, under an anonymous name, and uploaded files remain at their public URLs. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Sections 5, 7, 10 and 11 survive the end of your account.

13. Changes

We’ll update the date at the top when these terms change, and announce anything significant in the app. Continuing to use Aeon Terminal after a change means you accept the new version.

14. Contact

Reach us at privacy@6900isbiggerthan500.com, or message a moderator in the app. If you have a complaint, please talk to us first — we are a small community and most things are fixable in a conversation.
